Colle San Mauro

Our family has lived in Colle San Mauro for years, a charming place steeped in history and nature. Here we have created a farm stay with hotel and restaurant, a haven for those seeking authenticity and beauty.

After 20 years of experience, we realized one thing: children were drifting away from nature. But every time they discovered a flower, stroked an animal or planted a seed, we saw wonder in their eyes.

We thought: if children lack a space to live nature, we’ll create it ourselves!

That’s how our Educational Farm was born, a place to explore, learn and rediscover the bond with the land. 🌿🐾

children will be able to get their "hands in the dough" and learn to make bread with their own hands, discovering the secrets of a very ancient tradition. the bread will then be baked and given to each child to eat what they have created.

Children can express their creativity in our art workshop, making a small ceramic item to take home as a keepsake.

First ride

An unforgettable experience to bring little ones closer to horses, with the chance to enjoy a short horseback ride in complete safety.

A close-up encounter with the farm’s residents: chickens, cows, sheep and much more! Children will get to know the farm animals better, pet them and discover how they live.
